Niklas Cholmkvist (2008-10-26):
I tried to sign up on forum , and it asked for nickname email and full name. After that it gave the error OpenID authentication valid, but unable to find a WordPress account associated with this OpenID. Enable "Anyone can register" to allow creation of new accounts via OpenID. There is no such option "Anyone can register" to enable anywhere on the page.

If we go by the logic the site tells me, it says : "go register a separate account here." It supports OpenID but we are not accepting more registrations right now. It has no practical use thus.
